Package Terms & Conditions:
- Visa Processing, Accommodations, and Transport for (JED to MAK to MED, to MAK to JED), For Accommodation if Night combination for Makkah and Medina changes than price of hotel Vr. Will be changed accordingly.
- For Infant & Child up to 5 YEARS (without bed), only approval charges (SR: 190) are applicable.
Bed will be provided. - Ziaraat are not included additional charges 24SR applicable for both Makkah & Medina
- Child ABOVE 5 YEARS) will be charged full package as adult.
- Cancellation charges after approval or non- fly Pax will be charged SR 190. Transport is Non-Refundable.
- 14 NIGHTS PACKAGE is NON-REFUNDABLE in any case whether Mutamir avails it or not.
- Not a single night over stay is allowed, if before entry in KSA any doubt arises then guarantee of person will be required. There is no other option except to bring back the Over-Stayer. All Expenses to bring back over-stayer will be Payable by Sale Point and a fine of SR 50,000.
- Hotel voucher must be issued 72 hrs. before flight departure. It will be responsibility of Agent/Client to provide correct details of flight. In case of wrong details our company will not be responsible for any loss.
- Self-accommodation is strictly not allowed. In case of any penalty from Saudi Ministry due to stay in NON-TASNEEF hotels, Agent/Client will be responsible for it.
- Business Partner/Sales Agent must provide original FRC or Affidavit in case of family relationship.
- If any Mutamir reaches at Jeddah without arrival intimation or without hotel voucher, cost of GMC in SR 300 will be charged and penalty charged by Saudi company will also be payable by Business Partner/Sales Agent. Any other fine or IFTRASH of Mutamir is also payable. Wrong/incorrect information for return date on Hotel Vr. Will be charged @ SR 500.
- Food is not included in this Package.
- For sharing accommodation, ladies and Gents will be provided separate rooms.
- Nights rate can be calculated/ Check-In time 2:00 PM (Noon) & Check-Out Time 2:00 PM (Noon)
NOTE:
- PACKAGE & EXPECTED DATE OF FLIGHT HAS TO DECIDE BEFORE ENTRY OF APPROVAL. AFTER APPROVAL OF VISA PACKAGE, THIS CANNOT BE CHANGED.
- IF PACKAGE IS CHANGED SR 500 WILL BE CHARGE PER PAX.
- PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR MUTAMAREEN THAT AT THE TIME OF EXIT FROM JEDDAH OR MEDINA AIRPORT, THEY MUST GET STAMP OF EXIT ON THEIR PASSPORT OTHERWISE SR 1000 WILL BE CHARGED AS FINE.
- AL HUDA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NON REFUNDABLE/RE-ISSUE TICKETS OR BLOCKED TICKETS LOSS IN CASE OF DELAY OF VISA DUE TO ANY REASON.
Terms & Conditions for Processing:
- Visa Process time 10 Days.
- All Payment in Advance for early Approvals.
- No Claim will be accepted after 25 Days of returning of Mutamir. 4. Arrival intimation or HV must be issued within 48 Hrs.
- Before Entry of Data, Duration of Stays + Packages must be mentioned in the List.
- Unjustified relation will not be entertained.
- For repeated case SR 2000 (wherever applicable) will be collected in advance.

- Original Machine Readable Passport valid for 10 Months with 2 Blank Pages Together.
- Original CNIC.
- 4 Photos, Size 4×6 (04 Blue Background)
- FRC, Nikah Nama or Relation Affidavit for Female Passengers is required where Relationship with Mehram is not determinable through Passport Name.
- Polio card/Vaccination Card for Travel purposed.
- Form B for Children / Birth Certificate.
- Any other Documents Required By Respected Embassy / Consulate
